One tablet of Cenforce Professional is dissolved under the tongue, as needed, 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to sexual activity. As the medication dissolves under the tongue, it is then absorbed into the bloodstream. The drug will take effect in about 30 minutes after taking it and lasts for about 4 hours. Its effect is faster than regular tablets because of its faster absorption to the bloodstream.
The recommended initial adult dose of Sildenafil is 50mg once daily, as needed. Depending on its efficacy and tolerability per individual, the dose may either be decreased or increased. Sildenafil has a maximum dose of 100mg per day. If a dose adjustment is necessary, exceeding this limit, a health care provider must be consulted prior to doing so.
